Just Magnolia Sketch

This is a great sketch!!! My yellow really is lighter than it's showing up. When I first saw the sketch something totally different came to mind. Then a new order of Prima roses arrived, and out went the original idea. Oohh such pretty colors and I'm really happy with how this turned out - even though the yellow looks much darker than it is. :)

Magnolia is just about getting all my stamping $ lately! This is from the new Midsummer's Night collection. Such cute images, although when I saw the mini Tilda it was a bit of a shock that she cost as much as a regular size. Using up (almost) the last of my lilac bling and purple flowers.
I hope Lost has NO deaths tonight. Last week just about wiped me out.

Just Magnolia's challenge this week is to use 2 or more Magnolia images. My Tilda is at her birthday party and it looks like she has a couple of great presents to open. I cut along her hand and part of her dress to tuck the sentiment. Happy Mother's Day!

Just Magnolia Sketch

Was able to participate in this week's Just Magnolia Sketch. It's a beauty - nice and simple!!!

Using all new items too. LOL I have seen so many people make these stunning paper flowers and even though LOTS of practice is still needed, I'm happy with my first attempt. There is a lime rhinestone in the center, so it's a little more loose than I might have wanted.

LOST had me crying big time!!!! I'm so in denial that the end is almost here. What am I going to do without my FAV tv show?
