This is my second attempt at Rachel's cupcake challenge. After taking a picture of my first card, I noticed that stickles had caused my copic ink to run - ugh! So I stayed with the same ink/cs and changed the image and layout. Rachel's link is over to the right (hopestampseternal) - check it out and play along.

Copic ink doesn't run with stickles...that I know of, I've used them alot... it must have been your image ink. How cute your card is Debbie!
