Rachel's cupcake inspiration challenge this week is over the top CUTENESS!!!! I love owls (long story) and hearts are kinda my signature thing. So you can imagine my excitement when she revealed this week's gorgeous picture. Oooohhhh!!!! I have SU Crystal Effects on the balloon and used a Copic color (BG10) that I recently picked up for the outline. Also used the blue and a pale red to highlight part of the sentiment.
