Happy Birthday Bubbly

I have got to find time to stamp!!!!  With the weather turning nicer, I've been busy giving my patio a make over.  This sweet Stamping Bella was picked up a few weekends ago in Nashville.  Really love this line of Uptown Girls.  My daughter is going to a party next weekend and my grandson will be with me, so what better time to make a card.  Hope her friend likes the card.
